    The Luka Adriatic Property Real Estate Fund I is a closed-ended fund that invests into land, residential and commercial real estate or the shares of the companies that own real estate development projects in the countries in the Adriatic sea region. While investing the Fund assets, the Management Company acts as a traditional property developer, entering into projects in the earliest possible stage, maximizing value and then exiting when returns are optimized.
