Notice about partial revocation of the activity license (08.05.2018)

AS Trigon Asset Management (hereinafter “Management Company”) hereby informs that Financial Supervisory Authority has on the 7th of May 2018 with its Management Board´S decision no 4.1-1/71 approved the Management Company`s application for the partial revocation of the activity license as follows:

1. revoke partially Financial Supervisory Authority`s 15.01.2007 decision no 4 .1-1/3 in part that the Management Company was granted the right for the management of a securities portfolio for the purposes of clause 43 (1) 4) of the Securities Market Act;
2. revoke Financial Supervisory Authority`s 10.09.2008 decision no 4.1-1/93 under which the Management Company was granted the right for the investment advising for the purposes of clause 43 (1) 5) of the Securities Market Act;
3. revoke Financial Supervisory Authority`s 25.09.2015 decision no 4.1-1/104 under which the Management Company was granted the right for the holding of units or shares of a fund for a client for the purposes of clause 44 1) of the Securities Market Act.

AS Trigon Asset Management shall continue acting under fund manager`s activity license.
