Notice to investors of Trigon Russia Top Picks Fund (in liquidation)

AS Trigon Asset Management, the Fund Manager of the Trigon Russia Top Picks Fund (in liquidation; hereinafter the “Fund”) hereby informs about the extension of the Fund’s liquidation period.

Due to the applicable restrictions the Fund Manager has not been able to sell all Fund’s investments during the initial 6-month long liquidation period. The Fund Manager requested from the Financial Supervision Authority for an extension of the liquidation period of the Fund for an additional 12 months. The Financial Supervision Authority, with its 19.09.2025 resolution no 4.1-1/126, granted the Fund Manager with a permission to extend the liquidation period until 19.09.2026.

If the transfer of assets and thus the liquidation of the Fund is not possible within this period, the Fund Manager will inform the unitholders of its further plans.
