Notice to investors of Trigon New Europe Fund

AS Trigon Asset Management, the Fund Manager of the Trigon New Europe Fund (hereinafter the “Fund”) hereby informs that starting from 1st of August 2025 the Fund will be temporarily closed for subscriptions from new clients. The Fund AUM has recently increased significantly and the optimal size for executing the Fund’s strategy has been reached. If the Fund’s AUM keeps increasing, it would not be possible to effectively follow the current strategy and the liquidity risk would increase. In order to avoid such risks and to protect the rights of existing unit-holders, the Fund Manager together with the Management Company has decided to temporarily soft-close the Fund.

Starting from 1st of August 2025 until further notice the Fund will not on-board new investors.  The Fund will remain open for subscriptions by existing unit-holders.

In addition, the unit class E EUR (ISIN LU1687403367) will remain open for subscriptions by new and existing investors.

The Fund Manager may open the Fund’s other unit classes in case there the Fund Manager believes that there no longer are risks related to investing the Fund’s assets and opening the Fund would not breach the interests of current investors.
