Notice about new prospectus of TRIGON – New Europe Fund
AS Trigon Asset Management informs about adopting new prospectus for TRIGON – New Europe Fund. The amended prospectus will come into force on 15th of April 2024.
The most important change in the new prospectus is conversion of the sales prospectus from a classification according to Article 6 to a classification according to Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 27, 2019 on sustainability-related disclosure requirements in the financial services sector.
The fund will be converted to a product in accordance with Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088. To this end, the fund’s investment objectives and investment strategy are expanded to include information regarding compliance with ecological or social characteristics.
The fund promotes among other factors environmental and social characteristics when making investments, for example by including investments based on the sustainability factors and by excluding investments in certain activities and by applying ESG scores for investments.
