Notice about new fund rules and prospectus of Trigon Russia Top Picks Fund

AS Trigon Asset Management (Management Company) informs about adopting new rules and prospectus for Trigon Russia Top Picks Fund. The amended documents are effective starting form 6th of March 2020. The changed rules and prospectus of the Funds are available on the website of the Management Company www.trigoncapital.com.

There are no substantive or material changes made to the fund rules and prospectus. Previously the Fund had a mutual prospectus with Trigon Baltic Fund (new name Trigon Dividend Fund), for which the Management Company adopted new prospectus that became effective on the 28th of February. For that reason the Management Company updated the prospectus of Trigon Russia Top Picks Fund and removed all references to the Trigon Baltic Fund.

The fund rules have no substantial amendments. Only change is the removal of any reference to payment of subscription and redemption fees because those fees are not applicable for the fund already since 2018. Same change is made in the prospectus.
